Terms of service

These terms govern use of Spooltide, a service operated by Mishigo OÜ, Estonia ("we"). By using Spooltide you agree to them.

Who may use Spooltide

Spooltide is for businesses we have invited. You must be authorised to act for the business and for any social media account you connect.

Your content and approvals

You are responsible for the content you upload and for every post you approve. Spooltide publishes only posts that have been approved in Spooltide. You keep all rights to your content and give us permission to process and publish it as needed to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use Spooltide to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content, or in breach of Instagram's and Meta's terms and policies. We may suspend publishing or access if this happens.

Connected accounts

You can disconnect a connected account at any time. Meta may limit or revoke access independently of us, and we are not responsible for changes to Meta's platform.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Spooltide available and posts on time but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Ending the service

Either side may stop using the service at any time. On request we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
