Data deletion

You can remove Spooltide's access to an Instagram account, and have your data deleted, in any of these ways.

Disconnect an account in Spooltide

1. Sign in at app.spooltide.com and open your workspace.
2. Go to Accounts and click Revoke next to the account.

Spooltide stops publishing to the account immediately and deletes its access token.

Remove Spooltide in Meta

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find the app and click Remove. Instagram professional accounts can do the same under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.

Request full deletion

Email privacy@spooltide.com from the address you use with Spooltide, naming the business or Instagram account. We delete the connected-account data, content and publishing records within 30 days and confirm by email. Posts already published to Instagram stay on Instagram; you can delete them there.
